    orange hood badge - correct for what car ?

    never sure on these if there 911 / 912 or 914 ? what model is this one and what is it worth ?

    Smooth backs like yours are thought to be earlier but correct for 65-74 cars up top where it matters.

    I've seen people pay a couple hundred for similarly damaged badges. I think people buy them to restore.

    914s didn't have a Porsche crest on the front deck.

    Still on topic I think

    Had to replace my badge because the posts came off. They had been jb welded back on by the previous owner but that didn't last, smooth back. Thought I'd share what the original looke like versus the new not so cheap official Porsche part. Not amused.
