Please show me '68 pictures, details. Thanks!

    Hello,

I'd like to see photographs of '68 cars to get some ideas for my restoration. While I'm not going exactly concours, I'm building this car for me and not to sell, I'd still like to keep her in the ballpark of '68.

    Thanks!

hi there , I can definitely e mail you some picture , I am just about ready to drive my 4 years resto of a 68S , there are a lot of things that the 68 are one year only and then it depends if you have a T, L or S
I have 300 picture taken , before during and after

send me you e mail and I can share some specific one or feel free to come see it live and take your own picture

I ended up going to the Porsche museum , and getting a back door pass to visit the restoration shop and see a car getting ready for the floor and they were gracious enough to let me rummage around and take picture

We've got a very original (been stored for 28 years), low-mile '68 912 in the shop right now - let me know if that helps and there's any specific shots you'd like taken.

If it's any help, here are some photos I took of a 1968 912 Targa back in 2003.

That car probably was a softie. Has a later back glass in it. Oh, the humanity!

Are you restoring as a USA or ROW car?

Hi, my car is Row and I'd like to bring it up with nicer details from the period, such as leather and S interior carpet, et cetera.
