Latest Fuchs date stamps on MY 72 US

    I´m the owner of a late 72 US 911 (1.7.1972)
My Fuchs wheels are not time correct .
Now I wtb date correct stamped Fuchs whells.

Due to shipping from Fuchs to Porsche and overseas all Wheels stamped after 5/72 are not realistic.

    Am I wright?

What is your date on the wheels compared to the first date of registry?

I have a 1/72 build date car and 2 of my wheels are dated 11 and 12/71 which I would think is about correct.
How did you determine your exact build date day?

For a July 1 car, the dates should be 5/72 or 6/72.
    Usually 0 to 2 months......

I just have the date of first registration. Not the production date.

    That's a lost in translation.
All Cars where the date of first reg is unknown or no official documents to prove the date are registerd in Germany with date of 1st july of the corresponding year.
This is common on imported cars. Our 3.0 Csi (Sweden import) wasn't first registered on 1.st july but there was no "official" (read government/DMV or similar) document to prove that.
So it got the same treatment like all others with an unknown date of first registration.
    Cheers
