Any idea what this tool kit is and value of it?

Looks like a reproduction tool kit, probably one that Sierra Madre sells.

The photograph doesn't have enough detail to evaluate many of those items. It looks to be a mix of incorrect items, reproduction items, and items that might be correct. Check Porsche 356 Tool Kits for details on some of these items.
- The fan pulley wrench is for a 356C or 912. Earlier 356s had black fan pulley wrenches.
- The spark plug wrench may be an earlier 356 tool (pre-A through B) but I can't see it well.
- The tire pressure gauge does not look like a Messko or even a reproduction Messco. With the 356C Porsche switched to a maroon plastic/Bakelite Messco and kept it in early 911s/912s--pre-A through B had a chromed gauge.
- The lug wrench looks to be a reproduction of the one that came in toolkits from pre-A through midway through the 356B T-6. The reproductions don't have a hubcap puller hidden in the handle.
- The short red-handled phillips screwdriver doesn't look like a Porsche toolkit item.
- The other two red-handled screwdrivers might be Porsche toolkit items.
- There are no wrenches.
- The fuse pouch looks correct for a late 356 or early 911/912.
As to value, if the bag's genuine (I can't tell) I'd guess $ 150 to $ 250 depending upon how rare the material is.
I think the spark plug wrench--if it's a genuine 356 wrench--and genuine red plastic handle screwdrivers are kind of mid-value items. My guess is maybe $ 100 to $ 200 range each. If they're genuine that is--I personally don't know how to tell.
For 356 toolkits, the correct Hazet wrenches and red wood handled Jorg screwdrivers are worth a bundle. Pliers are inexpensive and pretty easy to find.
There are definitely folks who know the Porsche tool market better than I.
