    Are they a pair or is the fluting different? Could easily be the camera angle, just curious.

    The fluting is different.(E3 and E2 as listed) Ones a fog and the other driving. Doesn't necessarily mean they weren't a pair as originally sold. Several aftermarket light companies sold pairs like this, one fog and one driving and meant to mount on the car that way.

    I actually like the size of these as under bumper LWB lights better than the 139s

    I agree, and I like the driving/fog combo, just wanted to clarify for potential buyers.
