    Assistance in Sweden?

    Hi Gents,

    Greetings from Sydney, Australia.

I am attempting to purchase an interesting Porsche (not an early 911) in Stockholm, Sweden. Are any of our Swedish E911S friends able to assist with logistics (eg. arranging getting the car to the port?).

Please PM me if you could help (and like Aussie red wine!).

    Cheers, Ryan

    Ryan,

I went through the same process a few years ago and I found the local Porsche Club to be very helpful and responsive. I sent an email to the President and he triaged the request to the resident expert on early 911s. I'm sure there is one for whatever you are looking to buy. A quick internet search will yield the contact information and you can take it from there.

    Good Luck

If its a Swedish car,why don't you contact the importer who may still have the original details.
    Are you getting a 914-6 ? - let us know - we won't tell .......

    Dennis
1970 914-6 - materialised from the 'Lotto' garage into reality
    1971 2.2 911 S - now back in the UK - sob!
1975 Carrera Targa (ROW) - missed.
One of us is fast becoming a valuable antique.

Much cooler (and rarer) than that Dennis. All will be revealed in due course.

    Hi Ryan

I´m not in Sweden at the moment so I cant't help personally but like Dave said contacting the Swedish Porsche Club is a good idea (I can help with some contacts via PM), or you can try here http://www.early911.se
