Early RHD Euro Lenses

I'm searching around for correct lenses for RHD Euro (RoW really) headlights. The early Euro headlights used Bosch buckets, a single large round reflector, one double filament incandescent bulb with a P45t base, and a flat Bosch fluted lens. I had assumed that the pattern of the RHD lenses would essentially be the opposite of the LHD lenses and I've seen them before, but I can't find any now.

Does anyone know if the RHD lenses in the second picture are available anywhere?

If you need a close up photo of some original Rhd row nos lenses for reference I can take some pictures in a week or so?
