Help with bidding on ebay item (ends in 1h30)

    Hi guys,

I could use some help with bidding on an ebay.com auction, ending in 1h30min. I would bid myself but it's not open to foreign buyers. I asked a guy i know to place a bid but it seems like he forgot... thanks in advance!

    Regards,
    Robin

I use shipito, you can sign up to a basic plan with no monthly ongoing cost and then change your eBay address to the shipito address. It should allow you to bid once you have changed your shipping address in the eBay preferences.

Thanks a lot for the help guys but it was sold before i found someone. I had a deal with someone but apparently 'he forgot'... pretty frustrating, even more while i was willing to pay more than double what it sold for.

Robi, if you're ever in a situation like that again feel free to PM and I'll do what I can to help from this side of the pond.

Thanks to those offering to help me out. Part of the problem was that I only found out yesterday evening that I wasn't allowed to bid on the item and in addition, that the guy who would, didn't.

The item in subject was a signature momo steering wheel. Nothing special to many but I'm a momo steering wheel collector and it's the signature series that got me into the collecting game. This was the last one missing in my collection and in addition, in NOS condition. I buy steering wheels from all over the world all year through but it's the first time I encounter an issue like this. So so frustrating...

Sign up for the international ship program on eBay. They handle the shipping so the wheel would go to a specialty house in the USA that handles the international shipping. Costs a little more but this will not happen again. A lot of USA sellers do not like to ship internationally. I am one of them. It takes the frustration of the Seller away. Its like you live in the USA no more worries.
