    Ynz yesterdays parts

Just discovered this source for 911 wire harnesses.
Nobody mentioned this place to me when I was
looking for a harness for my 1970 911T. But they
seem to be very expensive. Using them for a new
harness would cost $1885 while a rebuilt one cost
    me $850.

YnZs Yesterdays Parts has been around for decades and have made 1000s of wiring harness for Porsches, with 1000s of very satisfied customers, including me.
Their product is first rate and worth every penny of the cost, IMHO. Do you really think you are doing a service to this community by calling them "very expensive"? Comparing a new harness from YNZs and a "rebuilt" one, whatever that means, is like comparing apples with dump trucks.

    Regards

Trust me, If I was trying to be "hostile", there would have been no doubt.
I just happen to have a differing opinion based on personal experience. My first purchase from YNZs was in 1987 and have made many since.
You "just discovered this source for 911 wiring harnesses" nuff said.....................

I will also 2nd the support for YNZs , they make exact wires and connections.including all the diagrams for install and connection points.
They provided many to me just like Jim.....56 V sunroof coupe, coupe, 65 SC coupe, 56 Speedster etc. When your 356 was restored the wire harness by them insures the highest quality.
This was when the best 356s were in the $30k - $50k. You must pay for quality and the craftsman and Vendors who provide invaluable resources.
    They deserve it.

I have used them for British wiring harness repairs.
Going to his place was like going to a field trip in school.
He showed me how they put cloth on older wiring harnesses.
The work was correct and very reasonable.

They supplied a harness for my restored 64 356. It looked and worked great. Personalized Autohaus (Wayne Baker's shop) in San Diego uses them for almost all their air-cooled wiring harness needs and Wayne's been at it for about as long as Jim B.

for context I had a loom made locally for my '70E racer, cost a touch over $4000AUD, so $1880 USD seems pretty good value, think Kroon is about $2200 EUR for a new loom ...

They made the harness for my '73 restoration, and I was very pleased with the quality and authenticity.
