I have owned this '69T for about 2 years and built it, to what I consider, to be a great combination of canyon carver and comfortable highway cruiser. It's made the journey from Philadelphia to Monterey to attend last years Rennsport event with a nearly flawless trip and was a joy to drive!
After Rennsport this car was driven on an unforgettable drive down the Pacific Coast highway and delivered to TLG for a laundry list of upgrades.

It has a nearly stock appearance with a lot of sports purpose upgrades hiding beneath it's original Ossi blue sheet metal. When I bought it, the previous owner had already had the original motor and transmission removed and swapped with a strong 3.2 liter motor, equipped with Weber carburetors, and a stock 915 transmission. There were some mismatched parts on the exterior such as door handles, scratched glass, and incorrect aluminum windshield trim. The interior was a combination of original parts and unusual aftermarket equipment. During my 2 years of ownership I have attempted to bring the car pack to an original appearance with some upgrades that I felt would add to the driving experience of a longhood 911. Nearly every part of this car has been has been restored to working condition or replaced when needed. Most recently the carburetors were rebuilt, a reconditioned Carrera fuel tank and all new fuel lines were installed.

In my opinion (and I'm obviously biased), this is a great vintage Porsche 911 for driving and enjoying. It was not intended to be a garage queen or a show car. You can enjoy this car to the fullest extent without concern that you are depreciating its value. In its current state it is truly a blank canvas, enjoy it as a stock appearing 911 or add your favorite livery, a couple of Cibie Pallas and give it a rally look.
