    What’s a happenin hotstuff?

    Hello all

    Just over a year ago, I quietly joined the registry. You see, after 6 years of gentle nagging, a buddy of mine was finally considering selling his dad’s ’68 91 to me. Well, last June, I finally talked him into it and immediately dove into a sympathetic restoration and mild customization of the car (It had been sitting in his garage for almost 13 years.) I’ve been documenting (sort of) the rebirth in a blog, fuckyoustevemcqueen.com. But honestly, between work and life, I haven’t put as much time into documentation as I thought I would.

    So, I just wanted to say hello. Introduce myself. Let you know I’ve been stalking the forum quietly for a while now. And say thanks for all the info. It’s been really helpful.

    I’ll be up in Monterey next month (at Werks, the PCA corral at the track, a few auctions and a few more bars) and hope to meet some of you guys and pick your brains further.
