    SWB window cranks - 1968

Out of 10 years storage, not been dusted off. These will clean up to as new condition. Splines are good, not stripped out as they very often are. Sorry, don't have the plastic covers, but repops are avilable.

I believe these to be 1968 year only, but I may be incorrect on that. $250 ridiculous... They are worth $70 tops. Thanks Jim!

I debated about even saying anything, but here goes. Those handles were introduced in the 68 YM cars in the US and later adopted by cars delivered in all countries. They were used from 1968 into the mid 70s. They are readily available from Porsche as well as many independent sources. They can be bought for $29.00 each. Yours are "original" and maybe that adds some value, but tacking on almost $100.00 per crank may not set well with the buying public. I would also suggest taking a small bit of time and polishing them up with a bit of 0000 Steel wool. That would make them much more appealing.

    Regards

    Jim

Many thanks Jim, clearly I'm in need of being educated on these. Really appreciate your advisement. I'll just keep these for my backdate project.

    SOLD to me
