Thanks to all who have expressed interest in my Go Fund Hose page, however I'll need to see more love to keep the price down. Come on; where are all of the Fac A/C car owners?

If all goes right we may have product before the warm weather gets here. (That's April around these parts.)

BTW: The stenciling is proving to be a "behr". How crucial is it for you guys? Crucial enough where you would say

"Hell no I don't want any of your freaking hose."

    or

"I'll still buy it but I won't be happy".

    Frank,

The stenciling says "Behr"??? I thought it was Aeroquip?

Anyway, you forgot to mention, that the hoses will be (to be confirmed) R134 compliant (means, new AC fluids).

    Olivier,
My idea of jocularity. When us Yanks use the term "something is a bear to get done", it means it's difficult.

Of course we're shooting for proper Aeroquip markings.

    OK for the joke.

Latest news, markings should be OK, so all of you with the "Hell no I don't want any of your freaking hose." option can change their mind.

Just to explain a bit of the process, maybe 6 or 8 factory were approached with this querry. THey'll produce all day long std black hose to latest spec, but none of them will take the step forward to analyze seriously a sample and offer something.

Fortunately, there's one company willing to do so.

THe process to have them made is such a PITA that, if the project is done, there will be only one run of the hoses.

Stay tuned for the next news!

    Olivier.

Mercedes used this hose too, so you might try their classic blogs to get more orders.
