WTB: Very Clean 1970 Coupe Passenger Door

I've been reading for an hour about the differences year-to-year on 911 doors. What I'd really like is a very clean 1970 passenger side door for my signal yellow 70T resto. Anyone got one?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi there,

I have a 1970 passenger door. It is not perfectly clean. It has a bit of bondo on the furthest upper front, not bad. Otherwise it is clean. Like to help. Let me know if you'd like pictures.

    Kind regards,
    Anna

Thanks, Anna. I'm really hoping to find something with no filler but yours is certainly interesting if I can't find something as pristine as I'm hoping. Thanks much!

I may have a door too. Not sure of a difference between a 70 & a 71. I'll need to dig it out of my offsite storage unit. It is cherry, originally silver.....cliff

I'd REALLY appreciate that, Cliff. And anyone who can chime in with the difference between 70/71 coupe doors would be most welcome.

I would feel very confident that 70, 71, and 72 doors are identical. 73 added the internal safety beam, but believe the rest of the door is also identical to 70 - 72 doors....all featured the four pairs (8 total) captive nuts needed to secure the front and rear door pockets which from my experience (I collected way too many doors to finally sort things out) is the critical feature assuming one is using the original door car/storage pockets. 74 doors took away all or some of the captive nuts along the bottom as the door card/storage design changed.

I don't believe there is any visual difference from the 70 - 72 door. The door you are posting should certainly work just fine for the 70 application
