    Cleaning Headliner

Any suggestions on cleaning an original headliner. It is in good shape other than looking dingy and begging for a good cleaning. Have heard all sorts of methods and warnings.

Like to hear some good cleaning methods.

I like my little steamer and a very soft brush for things that I want cleaned, but I don't want to scrub. Using the light brush with some gentle vinyl cleaner work in small circles to lift surface grime, follow by the steamer to further dislodge the dirt, then with a very light touch from a quality microfiber towel should leave it unharmed and clean.

No, just make the eraser sponge damp, then gently go over the headliner in a circular motion. Work on a section at a time. Use a micro fiber to dry.

    Hello,
I made very good experiences with the tornador gun…. I use normally warm water. Only when it’s really dirty I would recommend a cleaner based on oranges. Here in Europe it would be from Oranex HT for example….
