Restoring 1973 911E Targa: Recommendations for Paint and Seats

I am new to forum. Looking for recommendations for painting and seat restoration. Car is at my second home in Albuquerque but also interested in recommendations for San Diego. I have owned car since new and recently had the engine rebuilt. Car had special order paint (Firemist Cognac, a 1972 GM Cadillac color). Has all leather (brown) interior. Seats need recovering but rest of interior is in good condition. Only addition to car was a racing fuel tank (110 liters).

If you choose to have the car repainted in San Diego, I would assume you are considering a proper paint job which will require some level of disassembly. I'd recommend Personalized Autohaus (Wayne Baker, owner) for whatever disassembly and reassembly following the paint. Wayne's shop has been using Geoge Ayoob (but I can't remember the name of his paint shop) for paint, and the results I've seen are very nice. Agree on Tony for interior work. Auto's International in Escondido is also a top flight, well regarded upholstery shop. There are lots of good vendors in San Diego to work on our cars.
