    Some Info please...

Attached is a picture of the original door stop and a door stop being sold as a replacement. What year did they go to the gold colored door stop?

I have two of the newer type on the shelf, didn't fit my doors. I ended up buying kits from Stoddard and rebuilt my original ones. The replacement pins are too short as well.

The modification needed to fit the replacement door stops is not difficult and can be done with simple hand tools.

Mounting holes didn't align and didn't want to open them up or modify the door. Jim, is there another way?

No there isn't. The holes need to be elongated a bit with a rat tail file.

    Ciao
