    72S oil filter console.

    One year only 72 oil filter console with thermostat. Very nice condition. Pictures to follow, photobucket is playing up.

    It's just a standard 2.4-2.7 thermostat so even if it doesn't work it's an easy part to find. You can put the thermostat in boiling water also to see if it opens.

    Sorry dave to Hijack your tread

    I just finishing making a repro 2,2s termostat also the one for 914/6

    and I have to do some kind of "test" bench , ok bollling water got it , but the output of the hot water must be 82 or 83 degres ( euro numbers here :-)

    so Question how the hell do I make a set up , with hot boiling water :-0

    does anybody know of a way to do it, drawings are much appriciated

    if its a problem dave I make a new tread on this my self

    Basically all you need is a tank of the needed size, with an immersion heater controlled by a thermostat.
    I do design thermostats, and they can be quite simple.
