Weltmeister World Champion badges NOS in package

I am a sucker for anything NOS and just bought these Weltmeister badges still in the package (well one of them is almost in the package) but I don't what these are about. Any help?

    Thanks

I believe they are from the 924 livery cars. Badge was located on the shifter tunnel.

77 924 championship cars, martini stripes, red porn star interior. I've a NOS in the package as well.
