70-S MFI fuel filter cartridge installation - question please

I would appreciate advice on whether the rubber o-ring on the MFI spin on fuel filter should be lightly lubricated with oil as one would do on an oil filter, or should it be assembled dry. Also, just how tight....again, firmly hand tightened like an oil filter canister or with a wrench. Thank you all.

Oil on the lip, and tightened with a wrench on the fitting, just firm with the wrench, don't gorilla it
