    Always a pleasure hearing from you and your sound advice!

    It would be great if you could share your knowledge and publish a thread that explains (and shows) precisely what a 67 or a 68 sport seat should look like and how to identify them precisely.

    I thought early seat where narrower, more tapered on top than later ones, and with the latch at the front of the seat, but clearly there is more knowledge to be shared!

    This forum used to be about sharing, not policing. If everyone kept knowledge and information to themselves, the 911S Registry wouldn’t exist today.

    Of course, everyone is free to do as they please; But keeping information to oneself solely for commercial purposes is what led many older members to leave the forum or contribute a lot less.

    It’s a shame but there it is, time to move on!

    Although I recognize what you point out is it in this case probably different, it’s something that has been pointed out several times before. 67 and 68 and “aftermarket” have the lever to move the seat forwards is in the seat bottom, right side.
