Munich Hofbrauhaus , it's huge and noisey but an experience

    Stuttgart - Restaurant Der Sthlaffe

If you're driving then Sinnsheim, a giant car/aero/ship museum between Frankfurt and Stuttgart just off the motorway. It will take 3 to 4 hrs or a day.

Note, all Museums in Germany close Mondays but otherwise open Tuesday-Sunday.

There's a reliable, fast and cheap light rail system from Stuttgart Main Station to Zuffenhausen.

    Enjoy !

In country til Dec 6 or so thanks to Haul for emails and links, will follow up on these, did the MBZ & Porsche today had done Porsche a few yrs ago.
Much more history at MBZ on cars and the country. Hate to say was disapointed at Porsche a "67" 911 SWT Targa (red) displayed had all the signs of a 68, 2 ps dash, rubber vent window latch, 68 door handles, and 68 RV mirror, But hey they are the experts. They did have a lovely blue 67 912 coupe just behind it.
Will try to do the swap but will be in Calogne doing a block & head review with Deutz and a friend flying into Frankfurt Sat the 19th am, may be hard to make but will be in touch

    Regards
    Edit
Looks like Sinsheim, today, Looks Great!! Thanks for the tip

    Best Regards

Not to derail this more than I may have, Sinsheim is incredable, museum of all mechanical, encredable cars, bikes, airplanes, engines of all sorts, and sizes from tiny 1 cyl to HUGH diesel out of naval destroyer 1 of 6 that were in place. amazing history there. a bit overwelming.

    Thanks for the tip!!

    Best Regards

BMW Welt in Munich might be worth a stop.
