Door plugs - the best yet!

    Hello

The door plugs I am looking for are for a 1970 911. I am looking the rubber door plug shown at the bottom of the picture. The top plug is hard plastic (Sold by Sierra Madre) with VW molded on the back, the middle plug is an original rubber plug with concentric circles, the bottom rubber plug is the one I am looking for. I found this plug on a car that came into the shop but the owner does not know where it came from. It is very similiar to the original rubber plug but does not have the concentric circles.

    Thanks for the help

International Mercantile has the correct rubber plugs, they will have the circles, but I believe the originals did also.

Do not waste time and money (even if they are very cheap) buying door plugs from porsche.
They are hard rubber (similar to sierra madre's one, but witout vw logo).
I've ordered the from local official porsche reseller and they are not correct... if you need a photo of them just ask... i can take detailed photos as I arrive home.

The ones sold by Porsche are, in fact, the "VW" ones. They are plastic, not hard rubber.

this is impact bumper rear bumper rubber trim hole plug for the tow hook---i think.....at least i use those for that...

lower pic shows the door plug used for this purpose the first pic is NOS trim how it came out of the bag

    part# 91150532700 ................. if i remember correctly

but i think you need the ones with concentric rings..to be more precise the ones with 15 rings not the ones with 17 rings

Porsche sells the VW ones for more than 25 years now. Still locking for good repros.
