Help with Hella TN4s - orig or repro

I have two sets of Hella thru-grill driving lights - one with clear and one with Hella yellow. From photo below is possbile to determine if these are original or repro? And how rare are the yellow Hella driving lenses. I was made to believe quite scarce. Can experts weigh in please? Many thanks.

Turns out they are Hella 118 with exception of TN4 case backs on one pair. Thanks for responses.
