11- Blade 2.2L Engne Cooling Fan

Selling my extra 11-blade engine cooling fan. overall, in good usable shape, but it does need to be cleaned up as it was painted silver. One of the blades has a chip, which can be seen in the pictures. This is the only defect that I can find.

    Price: $185 + shipping ****SOLD****

Surely with a big chip like that you might as well throw it in the bin

Seriously??? Are posts like this on someones for sale thread really necessary?

These fans can also be repaired if you don't want to run it with the chiip

The open dialogue on this board tends to work pretty efficiently and is helpful with the learning process...it's a polite argument at most at this point...

    Kudos Peter!

Those who sell here should not be afraid to hear colorful commentary or critique of their stuff. I think we're all smart enough to make our own decisions... in spite of what the peanut gallery says.

denniso, how about a close up of the hub?

some people have limited skill sets, so for them it could be junk, those of us with welding skill can weld the mag up and repair the chip - not easy but very possible to make it disappear.

If you learn anything from this forum learn this: NOTHING is trash. What we throw away today we wish we would have kept 5 years from now.
