So Cal get together Sunday January 1st 2017

TRE will be closed on New Years Day.

I have no affiliation with this, but I have heard that the usual group of miscreants will be getting together on Sand Canyon exit off Highway 14 in Canyon Country. I've seen an In /Out Burger parking lot there that would be perfect to meet at, on the south side of the freeway. There are gas stations and a Denny's as well

I've heard that everyone will meet at 7:00-7:30 and there might be some sort of group drive afterwards ?

    Happy Holidays

Coincidentally, I'll probably be in that area around 7:15-random good fortune I guess. Perhaps I'll tag along if I see a few other cars going my direction.Name: zl1p.jpg

I second that Steve... Although the morning started off pretty chilly for SoCal....

Thanks to all who had nothing to do with organizing ....

    New Years Cheers,

Roads were fine, and pretty free from big rocks...

However you did have to use your head when driving in the shade....

Well that was a lot of fun. Choosing to tour the Santa Monica mountains was tons better than the Bouquet Canyon (closed) Angeles Crest (closed) option. Lunch saw roughly 15 cars worth of people at Neptune's Net. Roads were slick in certain spots , which added to the challenge and fun (terror?) . But overall pretty good considering the heavy rainfall prior to this

Thanks to whoever told us about this

    Happy New Year
