    Cibie Bi-Iodes

I was recently asked if I could restore a set of Cibie Bi-Iodes. I hadn't worked with those before but I was fortunate to have one on the shelf that I was able to experiment with. I discovered that it's very feasible to restore them but it was necessary for me to learn more about them. So I've done a bit of research and discovered why these are so sought after. Originally used by Porsche on the 911R, the 911ST and the 911RSR, they have an impressive provenance. I've gone ahead and published a new page on my website on these fascinating early headlamps:

    I encourage and appreciate feedback.

    Cheers,
    John

John, I have a set with discoloring of the low-beam reflectors. Otherwise, they look pretty nice. Is it practical to just refinish the bad reflectors? Approximate cost?
