    911 '65/'66 headrests brackets

Does anybody knows if there was a difference in the frame of the frontseats when choosing the optional headrests or not?
Were the brackets just screwed into a extra parts that was fit to the frame or were there modifications to the frame?
Asking this for example when you are restoring frontseats that were original without headrests/brackets and you want to add headrests to your seats.
What you have to do during the restoring and if you have to adapt the frame.

Maybe someone have pictures of both options without the leatherette/vinyl?

    Thanks

Thanks a lot for this nice info!
It makes it all very clear!

Do you maybe know (perhaps) from which book/manual/workshop book these pages comes from?
Looks like an interesting piece of literature.

Hi Michael, I have to pass on that. I asked the question about mounting the headrests and that was what I received - no reference was made to what kind of documentation it came from.
    Regards.
    Stefan
