Need a 1970 Door Trigger Mechanism

I need the door trigger mechanism for a 1970 exterior door handle. I have the handle but not the trigger mechanism (plunger).

See the attached photos. The plunger mechanism is unique to the 1970 handle and I think that either a LHS or RHS will work.

I would be willing to buy a complete handle if necessary. Cosmetic condition is not critical as I will be sending the handles out for re-chroming.
