Ultra Rare 1965 Wood and Aluminum Steering Wheel

Here is a very rare 1965 wood and aluminum steering wheel. If you have a very early 65 you should have this wheel. Many of these wheels have not stood the test of time over the last 50 years. They are very light, this one weighs 892 grams. Many of these wheels were broke or got bent. This one is in good overall condition but needs restored to be in perfect condition. PM me for more pics or info, asking $2400 shipped anywhere in the USA and includes PayPal fees.

Congrats on the sale! I was wondering if you found out anymore info about the number on the wheel? I have a very similar wheel but number 2707. Any thoughts? Thank you in advance! By the way, she's for sale

I don't think anybody has figured out what that number is. There is nothing to indicate it's a date.
