    installing window felt

I will be replacing all of the felts. How do I install the horizontal felts into the holes? My fingers aren't strong enough to push in and I don't see a way to use a pry bar (plastic)

The way i did it is on a hot water bath with lots of dish soap and patience
Once you have about an inch in you have to pich at the edge and push it in
It wil.go about half and inch each pass
It will take you a good 20 minutes each
    Good luck

Assuming you mean the felt strip along the top edge of the outer door skin with the 4 metal push tabs, if you have trouble pushing the pins in try using some kind of plastic or wooden wedge that you force down between the two panels.

If you are installing new strips , I think it helps to squeeze the tabs ever so slightly with pliers before installation .

So I should install the felts before I re-install the frame & glass. A-HA!
