This is a radio for a 69 911. My question is what is the small green hole. Also the connector under the clear plug? Is it to connect a 8 track, cassette, or a amp?

What you actually have there is a late 1971 to 1973 Blaupunkt Frankfurt . Had it been an early 71 or earlier the numbers would have counted down from left to right.
I think the green colored plug hole is for an automatic antenna.

Thanks guys. I'm still wondering what could plug in under the clear plastic cover. I get the antenna and power under the speaker wires.

The American versions also went down from left to right.

Post #10 shows the early 71 and older Blaupunkt Frankfurt, US version.
Mike is correct it is a switched positive 12v out. It is not designed to take a plug though, If you look on the bottom of the radio there is a hole, if you look in the hole you will see a set screw, just loosen the screw put your wire through the green covered hole and tighten set screw.
