WTB: VW Pacific License Plate Frame

Well after an exhaustive search, I've come to a dead end on finding out who the original owner for my car was and most importantly, which dealer sold the car. The Kardex simply only lists VW Pacific, which in most cases is only the Handler here in the So Cal area. My understanding is that there was a VW Pacific dealer also that sold directly from the VW Pacific handler. I also know that there was a VW Pacific in Hawaii as well as Canada. If anyone has a VW Pacific plate frame from the So Cal area, I would be very interested. Any help would be appreciated...Thanks Steve

Volkswagen Pacific out of Culver City, Ca is what you're looking for but I don't think a plate frame for the this was ever made as this was (as far as I know) just the distributor and not a dealership.

That's my understanding as well. Further complicating the matter is that the owners address is Genesee PA., so he may have been temporarily living in CA. when he purchased the car, so I can't even really pick the most likely neighborhood he lived in to pick a dealer frame. I guess I'll need to pick one that I feel suits the car. My original address when moving to CA was Ventura, so perhaps I'll just go with Masterson, as they were supplied by VW Pacific. Thanks for the info...
