Do people add anything to their fuel these days? If so what?

I put in about a cup of MMO (Marvel Mystery Oil) in the gas tank and oil tank about once every 2 months.....

I add nothing.
Keep in mind that none of the commercial additives have ever undergone testing. The refiners have no interest in testing the additives sold over the counter. The people who sell the additives have never released any research that demonstrates their effectiveness.
There are though a lot of people who love the over the counter additives.

Interesting variety of views - thanks. I am thinking more specifically about something used just to keep MFI pump, fuel lines and injectors clear, every once in a while - not to use regularly.
Something like the Injector Cleaner from Land Rover that I put into a tank of fuel once a year to keep it's system clean.
I use Sea Foam in my carbureted vehicles, but wonder is something specific should go through an MFI injector.

I use chevron/exxon fuel with techron. Before every oil change I run a tank with a can of BG fuel injection cleaner.
The best way to keep everything clear is to drive your car and not let old fuel sitting in the tank or lines. Don't lug it, and use lots of throttle when you run through the rev range. Don't just putter around town, take it for a nice enjoyable drive. That is the best preventative medicine for the car and lots of fun too.

1/2 oz per gallon Blendzall , theoretically for guides and valve wear reduction. The fragrance is addictive...reminiscent of early caster oil race cars.
Not all of us drive our cars everyday. Here in California and other states ethanol is added to "fuel" to supposedly reduce emissions. A topic of discussion for another thread.
Ethanol in fuel is not good for our cars, especially ones that are not used regulary. Engines can be difficult to start after being stored. Ethanol can dry and damage parts and systems where there is rubber in fuel lines and seals. Modern late-model cars have their fuel systems designed anticpating ethanol use.
If I store (not drive) a car for more than a month I add a fuel stabilzer such as Stabil, an additive that helps offset the harmful effects of ethanol in fuel.
