    1968 Special Order Color 7030-L ??

Does anyone know What color is 7030-L /
I Was told it was a special order from the factory in 1968

Anyone know if one off colors were made back then with special numbers.

    thanks

Fortuna grey, me thinks. Also referenced as #6833, per the 912 Registry. And, yes, I do think they used one-off numbers for paint-to-match cars. I had an orange 912 that was paint-to-match with a unique color code.

I agree with Steve about the color. 7030-L is a Lesonal R-series color. Pretty rare. Please let me know the VIN; a photo would be very useful.
One-off colors were usually stamped 6861 on the badge; this was like the 999 seen later which indicates a custom color was provided, but the actual paint code for that color would be something else again.
