    it would be a nice car restored. Too bad about the lost engine.

    6603 paint code and 10/28/65 build date. Definitely a 66MY.

    Thanks for the confirmation BaT Says that it was incorrectly registered as a 66 But I guess we have all heard that before

    However this creation only needs an upper clip. With a very generous cut.

    I like this black car except that I have the overwhelming urge to go #2 when I look at it.

    I think that's a bit extreme. Remember, at some point when it was 15 years old, it was 'just a car'. How many guys are out there butchering up early boxsters or caymans right now. What's a 2002 996 worth now, sure...let's chop one up and do something fun with it

    This 65/66 911 was likely worth below $5k in the late 70's and 80's even in its original but tired form.

    Agree and hard to sell. It was hard to give away a 68 912
