    Oh, a cowl panel. 48 years in the body and paint business and never heard that one.
    Now what do you mean lower part in vents.
    I will have the complete panel but will need to cut and will need to know where and also where are you at?

    That's gereat! It has to be an early panel I have a later one.
    The whole centre area (not bothered about the corners)
