Can anyone recommend an Oris (Bosal/Oris) European Spare Parts Source?

I am trying to order some replacement parts for an Oris Trailer hitch, and dealing with their North American sales office is painful and goes nowhere. There recommendation is to call someone in the UK or Germany. So, I was wondering if anyone knew of another supplier source in the US or Candada, or in Europe. I am looking to by some detachable swan-neck trailer ball mounts (50mm) and electrical fittings for Oris hitches.

Vielen Danke. I don't have an actual trailer hitch model number (because it's was discontinued in the 1960's) which makes it difficult to locate a suitable swan-neck replacement hitch for my reproduction creation; however, the kupplung website looks good.

Ich hoffe Sie sprechen English. Mein Deutsch is sehr schlect.
