Is 1967 "S" engine into the 1966 car straight swap?

While restoring my 303810 car built in early 1966 I decided to take the original engine out of the car and keep it as it is. The engine still runs, but is tired. For pure economical reasons, I want to use the 1967 "S" engine, which runs very strong (# for reference: 962166). "S" engine was taken out of the car after running few miles and kept in dry storage for decades. TLG run it on stand for me and it passed with flying colors.
Is this swap straight - unit for unit, or do I need to make some new pipes, cooler or anything?

    Thank you,
    Martin
