    Looking for a gear expert (Gleason)

    I am looking for someone who has experience in gear design, especially spiral bevel gear. I am working on a little project but lack the experience when it comes to some of the theoretical underpinnings.

    Porsche spiral bevels are generally klingelnberg rather than a Gleason deign.

    I have had Gleason Sprial Bevels made on the past and it involved some up front costs in terms of generating the gear forms.

    I had them manufactured in Scotland but I am sure there are many good guys in the USA.

    There are a couple of websites that have suitable software but all of the people who make them will generate the form and it shoukld be reasonably straightforward.
