    65-73 muffler

Looking for a muffler to fit a 65-73 car. Must be Bischoff or Leistritz. I know it is a long shot, but if I don't ask, I'll never find one.

I have one that came apart at the seams (probably back-fired) ... it came off of a '69T motor.

It looks like the bottom has rusted through in a couple of places too. I'm sure a crafty individual could patch it and spot-welded back together.

Make an offer if you're game ... you might be surprised

Thanks for the reply, but I noticed on the post I didn't say it must be in excellent condition.

Ahhhh the sixties... I envision myself one early Saturday morning wearing plaid shorts, black shoes with white socks smoking a cigarette heading to the hardware store to buy a bag of nails.
SWB cars are an acquired taste however once acquired theirs no turning back.

Thanks Joel, yes Tom sent me the info on that. It's powdercoated, that's my hesitation. This is going on a special car, so I am being picky.
