FS: @AK - 1970 Porsche 911 E Coupe Conda Green SoCal Car - Not Mine

I had never seen Conda Green in person before....usually only Viper Green. I really like this shade. It's just a bit softer and more pastel than Viper. I think it would look great on a hotrod.

Paul and his dad just got this from the owner who is a long time Early S member and R Gruppe member. In fact, Paul said that his first R Gruppe back in 2002 he did a caravan drive up to Cambria with this owner.

The car looks really clean. Price is around mid $130's I think.

PS I dug the original window sticker from Zipper Porsche!

    SOLD!

It has every service receipt from day one. Really nice documented ownership/service history.

    Wish all owners did this

Unless I'm missing something about this car, it does seem like a stunning deal. At the now asking price of $125K it would appear that the market for these critters is truly depressed from a few years ago. Love the documentation on this car and I happily paid up for my 70-S because of its amazing and comprehensive provenance.

Thx all...yes, I agree that it is a very good value. This car is quite a nice example. I've spent some time not only driving it, but also crawling around it, detailing it, and reading every single receipt. This is not one of those examples that was slapped together to sell, but rather decades of careful ownership by mostly one family that loved this car.

Right now, there are so many "lipstick on a pigs" out there that buyers are very hesitant and confused. Truly nice early longhood examples are few and far between...especially E's in interesting colors.

The owner is really bummed he has to sell the car, but his son starts college next year and something has to give. The sale of this car is truly going to a noble cause as I'm sure many on this forum can relate to.

Noble cause maybe, but I would personally take out a low interest loan and keep the car. Once the kid is educated he/she can then pay off the loan a nickle at a time while daddy/mommy still gets to enjoy his car. My .02 cents. Looks like an awesome car. Someone is getting a nice one.

The much discussed non-running 69E project car just sold on eBay for $81.7K....glad for the seller and it helps us all, but if that was still considered a great deal, then this car seems to be a steal at $109K....but with that selling price, and if it even sells at that, that figure does not help any of us. I'm confused.

wasnt the project an S? There is still the price difference between an e and an s. I love this E, perfect color

Indeed...my mistake, but my confusion reigns...a finished and nicely documented example at $109K vs. the non-running project at $81.7K?
