In an effort to enhance the value of this item, my recent research leads me to believe that this is another '68 only item. Despite the print date it should be noted that it does not include 911E which was being made at the time of this publication. The '69 warranty book is longer with a different first page. Porsche seems to have done this with its manuals which if you take the date in the manual, you would think it was for a later model or a repop. I'm sure somebody knows their reasoning but I don't.

Next to having the original owners warranty book, this would be the most desirable for a '68 owner. The "2" hole punched in this one is for when the original owner lost the first one issued or when a new owner purchased the car through a dealer. Thus possession of this one among your documents is as close as you can get. This is genuine and not a repop. I paid more for the one I recently acquired. Good deal. Not likely to find too many more out there unless Frank Beck let's go of his stash.
