    Hella Fog lights

Good evening, I'm new to the site and was wondering if anyone can help. I have a pair of Hella fog lights possibly 139's but I'am unsure. The codes on the lens are K8308, K8235, 2-101-169, 12 503, SFS1, OBEN, B, E4, 918, HELLA, MADE IN GERMANY. It would be really helpful if anyone can help me identify these lights.
Hopefully I have added a picture to help.

They are a version of the 139 but, not in a mount configuration for Porsche 911/912.
