1969 Porsche 911 RSR ID Badge

Hello All, I ran across across a 1969 911 in storage for 30 years. Apparently it has some modifications and a RSR door badge. Can anyone give me some input on this car? Can it be a legitimate RSR? Thanks in advance for your alls help.

The VIN shows it to be a 70 T coupe. Don't know why RSR is on the door tag,,,,,it ISN'T an RSR.

And looks to have had AC at one point if the motor is original.

Plate anyhow is not factory, just a plate made up by the importer which mispelled or made up some infos (the RSR part). I assume while the car is from 1969, the plate is a couple years younger. Maybe when it received the body kit for a Turbo.
