Great question. I would like the answer as well.

Never done that,,,,but all you should need is the adjustable aluminum collar that goes on the throttle rod, and the plastic lever that goes on the 68 handbrake assembly, that in turn is what pushes on the adjustable aluminum collar.

I'm about to take this on myself for a 69 912 getting a carbed POLO. Mine is fuel injected. I'm also going to use a later brake assembly that has 2 levers so the heater valves can be operated separately for driver and passenger. I'm also doing separate levers for heat on my 67.

    Hi Chris

Have you made your own adjuster hole approx 25x15mm in the tunnel? on the 67 cars , this hole is not made? nor the cutout in the handbrake house

    se this link.

    Lars,
Thanks for the link. I'll read it. The hand throttle will go on the 69 car as it has carbs. My 67 car has full engine management and cold start is done through the ECU. The engine is getting highly modified 993 heat exchangers and a Burns Stainless muffler.
As both cars are 912's the dual heat levers should be fairly simple.
Here is a article you might find of interest.
