And not a speck of dust to be seen.
Great close up Photography is ,,,, "Art" especially when the subject matter already is.
And we wonder why we balk at original spare part prices.

    Thanks Jim.
    Nice shots.
My task is the loose end of the plastic part.
The switch was pulled to hard to flash high beam that it stays in this position.
I think the mid contact is bend.
Do you have a picture of this area with contacts and plastic?

That little piece fits on the end of the plastic piece and provides contact and keeps tension on the hi/low lever. I have no idea how one can replace that without taking the switch completely apart. You can see that piece in the middle of my picture.

    Thanks a lot, Jim.
Got it fixed with your help.
Yes, had to disassemble the switch nearly completely.

    Cheers

worked for some day, but the little piece for switching hi-low didn't´t stay in place for long.

I spend too much hours on this.

will replace it and wtb a old+good one.

    Is your for sale, Jim?

Sorry Dirk, I sold that one. I'll see if I can scare up another one.

    Regards

    Jim
