    5 bar engine grill (66-68)

    Hi,

    Not sure which period this 5 bar grill came from, 1966-68? Not in concours state but very reasonable. Rods, top/bottom bolts renewed, same for the T bolts to mount the grill on the engine cover. The mesh has hole but for the rest still nicely black anodised. Asking 300$ plus postage.

    Will it fit a 71 targa? Correct?

    Good morning, this one has 8 T-bolt mounting to the engine lid and you need to check if your engine lid has 8 holes as well. If your grill has only 6 then it will not fit I think. According B. Johnson you should have a bright anodised 5 straps grill with black mesh, isn't it painted black? The 72/73 version is completely black

    Hi DrSasha, fourteenten is correct, it is not the right grill for a '71 (or any LWB car). It looks like an early grill for SWB cars from 1966 to mid-1968. I'm interested. I'm in UK, so will PM you for a euro price inc postage. Thanks. Mike.
