    Running BPR7EIX NGK Plugs, what gaps setting for 2.2t engine?

    As above, got misfire so want to check plug gap.

    Running solex cams and S type P&Cs.

    If stock ignition run the factory gap. .024"

    That is too cold for a T. I use that plug in an RS spec engine. MFI.
    Try a 6. I usually just check the gap out of the box to make sure they haven't been pinched as those plugs are really hard to gap. The electrode is very fine.

    I would agree.

    We normally just use a standard NGK 6BPRES.

    If you take it on Trackday the '7s' would be an idea but day to day I would just use a 6.



    Much easier to gap.

    That's great thank you.

    What gap for the 6s, I changed to a Bosch dizzy. Apart from That it's a standard ignition
