    Running 6-7° deg hotter right sider weber carbs

    why does the right side webers run 6-7° deg hotter than the left side? messured with ifr - sender on idle and during cool down 0- 60 min engined turned off

    Never measured that,,,,,perhaps because oil cooler on that side?

    valve cover top/bottom have the same 6-7° increse

    How about exhaust temp? Similar percentage difference?

    yes.... engine is running great though, no popping , no exhaust leake. nice sparkplugs , parts klassik cdi

    chasing the hot start fuel boiling issue, perhaps from right carb..

    Are you running phenolic blocks, or just regular gaskets? Perhaps a material difference between the two sides, if running the spacers?

    yes I have the spacers fitted on both sides, same material

    6-7 degrees is a pimple on a gnat; not enough difference to matter. Your problem is something else.

    Octane and age of the fuel you currently have in the car?
    Ultimately the question is what is the octane now?
